Our Story
WHY WE BUILT THIS
Triple Impact Services was founded in Killeen, Texas — a community built around Fort Cavazos and the families who support it. We saw firsthand what military spouses and veteran family members bring to the workforce: discipline, adaptability, resilience, and a work ethic that most employers never get the chance to experience. Today we place talent with firms across the country, bringing that same community-rooted commitment to every engagement.
We also saw how often that workforce was overlooked. Resume gaps from PCS moves. Career interruptions from deployments. Program managers who didn't know how to read a military family background. Triple Impact Services was built to close that gap — to connect firms across the country who are ready to benefit from this talent with the people who are ready to deliver.
With over 8 years in staffing and BPO, and a team that brings an average of 30+ years of combined staffing and BPO experience, we don't just understand this business model — we've lived it. We know what it takes to build a high-performing team, how to source and screen for the roles that matter, and how to support a placement long after the paperwork is signed.
